Downstairs comprises of a kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and microwave and small dining area. This leads into an open plan area with double bed, mirror wardrobes & safe, chairs, dining table and double-glazed patio doors leading onto a private south-facing terrace with uninterrupted sea views. There is a small sofa-bed for 1 extra person. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath, wc, sink and separate large shower. For chilly evenings in the wintertime the living room has a small woodburner. Household linen is provided and maid service is twice weekly.
