Monterosa is an attractive property which has benefited from the thought and attention to detail provided by the owners. It is situated on the outskirts of the village of Guia, about 5kms from central Albufeira and the beaches at Gale. Car hire is advisable. Other amenities such as water slide parks and golf courses can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes by car.
Accommodation
The main house has a large open plan beautifully furnished living, dining and kitchen area. There is a TV, Satellite (BBC) and a DVD player. In the kitchen are 2 fridge-freezers, dishwasher and microwave. In addition there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board etc. There are also two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Attached to the main house is an annexe with two further bedrooms and a bathroom. As these annexe rooms are interconnected it is probably only suitable for just children, parents with children or one couple. Outside there is a secluded 10x4 pool and terrace area which together with the large well-stocked gardens makes this property a perfect choice for a relaxing break.
