The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Pêra, 5 miles from Albufeira and approximately a 45 minute drive from Faro. It is located on a small private development of 6 villas, surrounded by open countryside. Beaches are less than a ten minutes drive away and there are many restaurants and a golf course within a similar distance. Other attractions including Zoomarine and The Big One waterslide park are nearby, or you can visit the bustling resorts of Albufeira and Armação de Pêra which are also ten minute journeys by car.
Accommodation
Inside
The accommodation is comprised of one double and two twin bedded bedrooms, all with fully fitted en-suite bathrooms and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. In addition there is a separate WC and washbasin leading off from the entrance hallway.
The large kitchen
incorporates a breakfast area with ample facilities including microwave,
fridge, built-in electric oven and gas hob.
In a separate utility room are a washing machine and an additional
fridge. The large lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and includes
satellite TV and wood burning stove should it get chilly!
Patio doors lead to the pool terrace which is fully equipped with
tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Outside
The villa has a lawned
garden, which is very private and enclosed by a wall.
The pool is surrounded with terracing for sunbathing and has a separate
childrens’ pool and shower. In addition there is a barbecue.
Thursday to Thursday lets.
