This beautiful spacious villa enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views. There are 2 accesses to the beach from the villa, one via a footpath that leads down through a small wooded area and the other is pavemented and leads directly to the beach bar/ restaurant, both ways are only 2 to 3 minute walk
There are many amenities very close including a mini-market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2 kilometres, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach.
The swimming pool is very large at 10m x 6m with Roman steps and has a special system to keep the water clean that requires normally no, or very little chemicals to be added. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces with barbecue and a childrens playground area with swings. There is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture, under the house, facing the pool area.
