Situated about 4 kilometres east of Albufeira, the prestigious Balaia golf village offers the chance to enjoy sporting and leisure facilities onsite whilst still having easy access to all the  beaches and other amenities associated with the Algarve.  Onsite facilities include a 9 hole  golf course, tennis , indoor gym and indoor/outdoor pools.  Apartment 758 was built in 2002 and is on the top floor of a 2 storey block overlooking the putting green and only 150 metres from the nearest pool.  Beaches are only 400 metres away from the village and restaurants and shops are also close by.

Accommodation

Inside
There is a large lounge/diner with satellite TV and dining table for up to 6 people.  The sofa can convert to a double bed.  The well equipped kitchen includes oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a  washing machine and separate tumble dryer in the small utility room. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes.  One bedroom is en-suite and there is also a separate bathroom.

Outside
From the lounge/diner there are doors out onto a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the putting green.
